HOW IT WORKS
Each subscription will be sent out on the second week of every 3rd calendar month as listed below. Our 2023 dates are:
Week commencing January 9th 2023
Week commencing April 10th 2023
Week commencing July 10th 2023
Week commencing October 9th 2023
Deadlines: We must receive your order by 5th of the subscription month. For example if you would like to receive our January 2023 subscription box you must place your order by 5th January 2023. All orders placed after 5th January will have their first subscription box despatched week commencing 10th April.
Billing: You will be automatically charged on the 1st of every subscription month after you have placed your initital order.
If your payment fails we will try again 6 days later, then 12 days later, if unsuccesful we will cancel your subscription.
